What you just said proves your JBS map was different to Mine

"jbs map felt lacking and ther wasent any black smoke " - My Constantly Black Back end suggest mine smokes alot

and this is my point andrew you dont no were u are with jbs i asked countless amount of times for this wild map and he just had a look on his fac wondering wtf i was talking about


im not saying your jbs maps are crap im saying teh one i had wasent up to scratch i would love to test my curent map against you guys who hav the old nice jbs maps


i rly lry would and i would travel wereva to meet one of you with these old jbs maps so every1 can get a gould idea of the difrent maps and how they perform

Can you explain how you know the power has been dropped yet?


201bhp jbs map on dyno dynamix i made the same power on a test map with only 1.5bar boost so obv ther was more to be had from my car than wateva jbs had done

You only had one map of JBS' tested though.

the only offerd me one map i even went back and asked on 2 difrent accasions and ther waso only 1 stage 2 map

why dont u just meet up with me and we can setle it that way ?

like i said i dont no it has been droped im saying the jbs map i had wasent as powerfull as it should be so weather or not i duno but if it is just teh same map then ther is beter out ther now

lol ijust wana be friendly and giv people my experiance yes m,ayb the old jbs maps are beter mayb they arnt but pople sticking by jbs so bad just dosent help things

i offerd to meet up so u can hav a test of the map see for yourself i also looking for some imput wether the new map is beter or not that the old jbs maps that people had


how coem all the new jbs maps are making around 222bhp and the old ones were making 235 to 240 bhp ?

imo jbs rollers are reading around 12% higher

so the 200 you see on dyno dynamix is around the 220+ mark on jbs~

i rember biggaddicted told me he went to rs tuning for a rr and his only made 204 and the guy said you would be hard pushed to get over 204 bhp on his rollers with this car

First run made 208 bhp, but in all fareness a lot of cars were under reading, an LCR mk1 with all stage 2 mods and a revo stage 1 map made 230 bhp when standard they are 225......., another guy made the exact same as he had on a previous roller with a bigger turbo and map on his LCR mk1.

I've had a few other rolling roads showing between 230-240+. But who knows .....:rolleyes:

Well, I've seen a selection maps from other tuners. Some tuners even sell the same maps that originate from another country. I've been talked through a few of these maps and from what I can see the injector loads are turned up to their max (17% increase I believe). This gives the black smoke the switch of wallop of torque, which isn't sustained, and the feeling of much improved power. I've even seen reported than some of these so called remaps are running close to standard boost, hence the black smoke. Its true that more smoke will be produced in the quest to find power. However, this is often down to the tuners being scared of over spinning the turbo. If the boost and the fuel delivery are well matched your diesel smoke output should be lowered.

Still no one has made reference to the PD stutter than I have had soooo many issues with?...

For the record, I don't believe these old JBS maps are producing 240 bhp though.

To be honest i agree, but i have went from stage 1 to stage 2. My stage 1 being a proven 200-205bhp Angel Tuning remap, and the stage 2 map is defo faster, more low down torque and more power higher up the rev range. I would say these cars will be running probs 220 bhp at a guess

Mine is nowhere near 240 but mine has the standard exhaust from cat back.

I'd put mine at about 200. It's quicker than my PD150 with Revo but not sure on my 225 TT. Different deliveries...

I'd like the power of the TT and my torque ideally. 330d?
