got a call from BBC they asked if they could use my cars pictures from pistonheads to put on CRIMEWATCH as theres another cupra like mine that has been stolen so they want to use my pic to show people wat it looked like

That was my car, I broke down yesterday evening on the M1 between j23 to j22.
The glowplug light came on then the car went into limp mode and would not start again. Then after the engine went cold it would run as normal but it then cut out again. RAC guy advised car showing fault code P1040 and P2146. Which is down to the fuel injectors.

I'm takin her to the Lions garage today hopefully it wont be a costly job :-/

Yes mate fixing it now as will be cheaper than a new engine, costing around £600 up to now!
