Shugs mk5 Ibiza Cupra 1.4 TSI Stage 2 Revo'd

Ok Shugs not soo good at this soo hes asked me to do it for him (ScottHmk4)....here goes.

Hes owned his mk5 cupra for a while now, after a long list of previous cars including a mk4 ibiza FR tdi, a mk2 leon cupra . Now this has been his biggest project i believe and it has a long list of mods and tweaks and i have to say it its the nicest mk5 cupra i have seen.

I have driven this at crail when it was stage one and now i drove it last week after going stage 2 and it is superb. as far as i know they are working on stage 2+ so im not doubtfull that it will be going on this car too. I believe its running about 240-250bhp

The Mods (i will probably miss a few) but anyways

• Forge induction kit
• forge BOV
• forge twin-intercooler (twintercooler)
• golf edition 30 calipers
• yellow stuff pads front and back
• 5.1 dot fluid
• eibach 25mm lowering springs
• whiteline rarb
• custom turbo back with custom tailpipes
• fully wrapped in heat wrap from turbo
• revo stage 2 remapped (240-25-bhp)
• all plastics done gloss black on bumpers
• CUPRA rear badge painted black and front bumper cupra painted white curtesy of (ScottHmk4)
• roof painted gloss black
• side skirts
• stickers here and there
• custom painted spoiler white and black
• wheels powdercoated black
• engine cover painted
• superpro uprated dogbone

painted bits (dont know if anyone else has done this) it was a pain getting the main centre bunper grill out due to plastic welds but definetely worth it

i got his best time for him, got a 14.015 in the dry but that was before stage 2 went on we were whipping everything, including suberus. only thing that could take us was a stage 3 nurburgring, certainly give him a run for his pennies next time....

How does it do against the likes of stage 3 vxrs on the road?? Im tempted by one of these cupras next if i dont get an lcr, the mpg and performance seems pretty amazin

neva had a ping against one on the road mate but im sure it would do okhard to compare it to my mk2 leon cupra totally different car it was running bout 320bhp!for me the lil mk5 suits me the all round package is beta if your also taking running costs in2 it

Sounds tempting! They look the part aswell ill see how i like mine once its stage 2 on the k03s i might just keep the car n go daft on it if funds allow though haha
