To me that's more complicated than the SEAT USB port, which you just plug a memory stick straight into.

Fair enough if the car doesn't have a USB port as standard, but I doubt all Skodas come with the MDI input.

Is it easier to scroll through the artists with the skoda?

I normally unplug my ipod from the dock and choose a different artist etc when im done listening, scrolling through with the dial takes forever.

I think you've to buy different leads of different devices, so there's one for iPods, one for USB devices, and also a Aux one, though I believe the Fabia has a dedicated Aux port anyway.

This car is selling itself to me! I just don't have the capacity for a 2nd car though unfortunately. If I was selling mine I'd seriously consider one of these though without a doubt.

As Mark said mate you can buy different cables for different devices, I bought the USB one as I have a few of them with lots of music on.

Will try and get a video of the Swing HU scrolling through tracks

I'm really impressed with the Skoda! Judging from this thread it has a lot of nice little touches that the Ibiza is missing

I've been saying this for a while now - I think the dynamic between the brands has changed. I'd actually say Skoda is Pipping SEAT now.

Lol.. Forge parts are expensive.. But you know what your getting.. Is there a lifetime warrenty on Forge parts too?

Edit: Is the vRS a 1.4TSI - Turbocharged and Supercharged?? HOLY ****!! Get a FMIC after your dump valve.. That thing will need some freezing intake temps

Me : Nope, they are DRL/side lights

Policeman : So they are on all the time

Update

Well I popped over to DHL to pick up a parcel of cleaning stuff today, when I got home my brother gave me this...

And that's why he's a legend

He bought me a Revo filter and some stickers

Quickly did the change, old one out

New one size comparison with my iPhone

Fitted into the airbox

Also fitted one of the Revo stickers, not seen any fitted here so thought I'd try it

Got 2 more videos, not sure if the sound is the different to standard

First impressions are good, the MPG has increased, seeing about 48 MPG @ 30mph in D5. The filter doesn't give a lot more noise to the engine, sounds very similar to standard but does feel a little more responsive.
