Was'nt actually as hard as i thought it was going to be. Used dental floss to pull the letters off then soaked the remaining foam adhesive pads with Autoglym Intensive Tar Remover and then rubbed them off with my nail.

i have found a better way now, hate prying away the adhesive with cloths and nails etc, bought whats called a toffee wheel, simply attach to drill and buff away the crap. takes literally seconds, then simply wash the area. simples.

Reminds me of when i first got my old candy white fr, standard! Seems a long time away, some of the pics i have look the same haha

I think they look good standard, shame about the arch gap ha ha. Did'nt you have about 4 different sets of wheels on it while you had it?

Ah must remember this if i do any further debagding. Not sure whether to do the 'TDI' on each wing  Although, i quite like the fact that its a diesel lol.

could probably gt your bumpstrips coded from the guy who done mine, real cheap, as long as you can get them off the car without bending them or buy new ones, al ask colin but probably do it for £15-£20 to the paint code of the car ;)

I love how it looks :D Yeah will prob lower and put 15mm spacers on. Not sure on what somebody would normally pay cos my dad knows the MD of the company i bought it from so i got a very good deal. Alex 17's car is too dear imo, even though it is modified.

That would be fantastic Scott, if you could. Cheers. How's the finish on your stuff? Certainly not going back to 'you know who' ha ha!

On another note, absolutely gutted, buckled my alloy on a pothole last night. Big flat spot on the alloy [:@] Been balanced out as best as the guy could until i take it to the place that refurbished the alloy and get it bent back into shape, hopefully won't cost too much. Here's the offending pothole :(

Oh and i noticed today that my car makes the 'chirp' noise when locking and it has the 'comfort' rear wiper as well :)

Gutted! Just typical you get a new car then it gets assaulted by a bloody pot hole. [:@]

Hope they can do something with it for you, they can't all be bent back into shape.

I assume the spare you have is a spacesaver/steely? Wouldn't it be good if you could just pop a brand new alloy out of the boot!

You're getting not far off double my mpg.

What's the comfort rear wiper by the way?

The rear wiper comes on automatically when reverse is engaged if the front wipers are on!

It can be enabled on all Ibiza's through vag-com though :)

Unlucky about the alloy Ross, hope it can be sorted :(

Same sort of luck as me, after only a few weeks with my FR I burst a tyre going over a pothole! Luckily no damage done to the actual alloy.

Car looks really good in white too, would have been my other choice other than black!
