:drools:

Really cant wait for them to start development on my car. Their work is amazing.

Keep up the great work Rob. Drive nicer?

I have had to stay off boost up top until i pull back timing but first impressions are good, i am seeing more PSI at the manifold than on the old FMIC, so i am not loosing pressure across the core.I won't really know about flow untill i do some power runs later.

I have put off buying one of these for a few years now because i thought they were to expensive for what they are, we will soon see i guess.

Who's developing your car?

and robbie not sure if noticed but the crash bar you have is the same as mine but which is different on forge website, the one on there has holes for air to go through :S

No i didn't, a drill will soon sort that out, LOL, but does it really make a difference, its behind the bumper after all.

hi mate been away with army but back now :) got car booked in at end of month :)

whens yours back in for mapping?

Good to have you back, i should have a new map tonight, (hopefully).

GT's are good, but i love the low down torque of the k04's, The Meth is still on just not powered up, i am still undecided to what i will do with it.

a tapped throttle body adapter plate?

I was also thinking along the same line, a 1 inch thick adapter plate should do it and easy enough to fabricate.

Also the recommended position for the Nozzle is just after the IC, but we cannot have our cake and eat it i guess.

Actually, the OEM TB is just stainless steel, i have a spare(faulty one) i might see what is envolved in drilling/tapping it to hold a nozzle.

P.S Drove the 30miles to work this morning, the car pulls so well with this Forge FMIC and air flow in back into the 255g/s range:D

That big race FMIC looks the Daddy, Robbie.

Awesome stuff, and at an hours fitting that is testament to the development they put into their products!

Good work! :)

methanol-injection.co.uk do a solenoid valve.. activated at the same time as the pump, as soon as the pump stops, the solenoid shuts - this was going to be my next course of action to try to prevent seeping into the TB.

nice work m8, i love your car. even tho my cooler is doing its job very well as bill has proved on the dyno i still would love to have your set up. i may just buy a forge cooler on its own and use my current pipework.
top stuff m8, keep it up. just as a reference my intake temps went up 10c on power runs on the dyno, this should be less on the road.

Thanks, I was going to get it powder coated but they guys i called over here use sand blasting to clean the rocker, i seen a few cover with sand getting into the breather and this is not good.

I just used, VHT black and lacquered it over, i was suprised it came out so well.
