The front doesn't scrape with the 20mm at that height, I had them on before I switched to the back.

Where can I get the spacers cut down if I need to? Wouldn't it be safer to just buy "ready made" 15 or even 10mm's.

Luckily I should be able to spray it this week, was planning on spraying a few other bits already.

Probably easier/cheaper to sell the 20's and buy 10's. The front is wide enough as is and will probably scrape if you load the car up with people again.

Will make a loss if I sell them, so will keep them, as I bought them new.

I should be able to use them, when I get smaller tyres. As I've seen them used before.

the loss won't be much, or sell them all together, and run without them, then when you have funds, get smaller tyres and then you can get adapters!!!

sorry meant spacers, you are not gonna run them for ages, more beneficial to sell them now, then buy some when you do need them, simples :)

No need yet, Mum has offered to loan me the money for the tyres, she doesn't want me ruining the car anymore lmao.

Will then try them with the new tyres, and make a decision then. Still have the adapters to sell, and could sell these 225/45 tyres as 2 are in decent condition, that should be enough to fund tyres!

borrowing money for tyres?
you don't bloody need to, stop wasting money, just get them spacers off, DONE!!!!

they scrubbed, cos you have 20mm extra poke, if you remove that...no more scrubbing!!!

Well I needed 2 new tyres anyway for the rear, would have been £100- £120. Whereas I spend £160 and have 4 new tyres!!

They're getting fitted cheaper because the guy is my grandad's mate. He's got them in stock so hence he'll give them me cheap. Whereas If I get 225's again, they're more expensive, which will cost me more money. I would have been getting smaller profile tyres anyway, so why not now?

School boy error, didn't check my blind spot.

Reversing out of a parking spot at uni, didn't realise I was so close to a post, then it hit it.

Looked on ebay and looks like ill be able to get one for less than 40 pounds in silver.

That is my first ever "crash" lol, really could have done without it though :(
