Car is looking awesome. Always nice to have a good first car! like veyron pointed out somewhere a polo rear wiper will look fine on the back. But only get one if you use it if not get rid ;) Black spoiler is a nice touch to. COuld look good with the roof wrapped in black vinyl to :p Nice break disks, caliper wise I would go for something different orange, green, even pink? :D

Will keep an eye on progress and good luck with the colour coding !

Cheers Andy, nice one dude.. I am leaning towards a polo rear wiper.. I only use it when I have run out of rain-x.. Which is not very often.. But it doesnt clear the window completely.. So I use it anyway haha! Im thinking of painting the spoiler, the same time as I paint everything else.. I saw a white corsa the other day (Corsa D), with a full body kit on it, not chavvy, just OEM+.. That had a black roof and it looked awesome.. But I dont think it will look good on my car because it colour is a little dark.. I had never thought of orange! That will look awesome! I was thinking red, but sack that! Orange it is :) Cheers again mate

Had some bad luck with the car recently.. Clutch pedal snapped, mirror has been smashed off.. And now, I think the thrust bearing is going.. GRRR  Clutch is now done, but now the brake pedal sticks on a little bit, and whenever the pedal is pressed, then depressed. It stays on the smallest bit, but the brake lights stay on.. So I have to flick it back with my foot.. And, when the clutch pedal is pressed, the brake lights flash.. Its not going well at all..

Okay.. Rant over..

Update finished.. :)

The joys of motoring hey... Hope you get it all sorted out soon. (also will admit to not knowing what a thrust bearing is ;) )

Unfortunately mate.. The highs and lows.. The Highs being overtaking a corsa full of chavs, and laughing at them as they lose it on a roundabout :cartman: and the lows being the well known equation Maintenence + Lack of funds = No Modifications..

A thrust bearing is also known as a clutch release bearing (I think).. It basically pushes towards the flywheel when the clutch pedal is pressed and moves it away from the gearbox, enabling you to change gear.. So if it goes, it makes a whining sound.. It really sounds like its doing damage though, and Im told its going to cost around £250.. I think Ill get a clutch while its being done to save money in the future..

It really takes the mick, because I wanted to buy some coilies with the money I had.. Oh well.. I guess I can get them later on in this little Ibizas life..

Just a sh1tty on from my iPhone.. It only shows how bright they are, its nothing special.. I got my HID's from Kode performance, really cheap, and brilliant quality.. Will upload one shortly :)

As for the lights, No nick, didnt get round to doing them.. Im waiting for payday to get a lot of things for the car.. Paint especially to colour code things :)

LMFAO!! I agree!! I need lies too..
If Im completely honest, Im thinking of going for a 1.6 new shape clio... I work for a bank and can get a staff loan at 5.9% :D I have to wait another 6months to get one though..
I have lost a lot of love for the car recently, I have neglected it a lot over the christmas period. I may treat the car to some budget coilies, and a few bits and bats as well as paint for colour coding a lot of parts, also my sideskirts need to be painted.. Its all blooooody money!! Hopefully, once its slammed, and colour coded all round, I may fall back in love.. Wish me luck guys..

Oh, I dont know if I mentioned above, but I needed a new gearbox, so I got a vw polo one from a scrappy and it works a treat.. That took ages to sort out.. But all done, and i was also running around with 2 odd alloys on the front because my tyres were bald.. That took the p1ss!
I think I need to take a few pics soon..

Went to Wales for an epic drive up the Great Orm.. I went through a full tank of fuel.. My brother has a red MR2, so trying to keep up with him resulted in my fuel needle dropping quickly.. Anyways heres a few piccies from the drive..

Top laugh, and also saw a blue mk4 ibiza cupra at krispy kremes at the trafford centre afterwards.. Me, Martin (Brother), And the guy in the blue mk4 set off from krispy kremes at the same time.. He didnt like me very much because he tried to undertake me but I didnt let him.. Lol, he looked at my car as I drove past and shook his head.. Oh well.. His car was immense too... Got me thinking if I want a mk4 cupra next... Well smart!!

Bought myself some 20mm spacers off Ebay.. They should be arriving soon, but need to chenge my rear tyres to a smaller profile.. As they are 195/55.. Changing them to 195/45 so they will fit under the arch.. Hopefully, when I get this sorted I can then start colour coding, and then fit the sideskirts, and then slam it to the floor... Fingers crossed..

Hahaha!! Cheers mate!! Yeah, I have thought about a black roof.. But because I am getting everything on the car colour coded, I wondered why I would wrap the biggest panel on the car in black..

I dunno, I have been thinking about it though..

Thanks again though fella..
