she's had hers for a while, was just using that as an example :p haha cheers mate they weigh a tonne thats the only problem :p

ive been looking at them too yes, i just prefer the look of the zetec S as it looks alot more modded even as a standard car :) insurance was alot cheaper on the S than the FR too :)
tbh, i miss the looks of my ibiza, but the difference in fuel consumtion between the mk4 and the furby is phenominal,......i was lucky to get 60 miles to £10 on the ibiza that was including motorway driving, now in the furby i get 80-100+ easy. its a good difference. plus you get superb power to go with it, remap soon for me.

ive got to say i agree with scott on the diesel petrol debate, diesels hate short journeys as they take a good 10/15 miles before they even warm up and become alot more economical when there warmed up.
petrols dont like short journeys either but they deal with it alot better and draw a lot less current when being stopped and restarted for a short journey unlike diesels.
ive often though about becomeing old and green by getting a smelly diesel but for the 8k a year i do it just wouldnt be wise to do so as it would cost more in the long run.

this isnt a pop at you rocky just giving my opinion i quite like the fiesta to look at but ive always been a fan of girly cars like the festa and ibiza etc.

lol wonder what it could of been, have you heard anything from the new owner weather they think its not so good on petrol or not?
