I havent seem it for sale on here before, maybe i just missed it.

Just had a call from the chat in the black leon and he's been let down, guy was offering him silly money.

Hopefully i'll be heading up there tomorrow day time, i'll have a deposit with me tomorrow just in case i like it.

Got some high resolutions version of the ad pictures, looks pretty tidy.

Agree with DK, looks good there in the pics. Bodywork doesn't seem to be any big dings etc. But then harder to call until you see it.

Remember when my black one looked like that after a clean. They do look the bomb.

After being told i would receive a cheque by the middle of this week i thought i would chase them up... turns out they've done nothing in the last week or so. So instead of a cheque they'll do a balance transfer and it will be in my account by tomorrow, just in time for the weekend. RESULT :funk:

I've got a very promising car to got look at the weekend, had a far few correspondence from the seller and he's saying all the right things and everything seems to be in order. I won’t post the link as i don’t want anyone else getting there before me ;) but needless to say it looks like worthy replacement for my old LCR.

To say I’ve missed my car would be an understatement, as sad as it is, having a nice car and being able to go out and drive it just for the sake of it puts a massive smile on my face and generally makes me a happy person. Driving a boring car would make me miserable.

So watch this space… [B)]

Completely agree mate, all about the beef under your right foot! ;)

Is this promising car the one I might know about? :)

Great news on the transfer. You can go into the weekend fully loaded ready for haggling if it comes to it.

You really have been lucky with the insurance company. When my friends VXR got stolen they gave him hell before they paid him out. He got a decent amount but they were a right pain in the A$$!! Good luck with the viewing, sounds promising ;)

I've had some pretty $hit luck as of late, its about time things started going my way. Sounds like your mate had a right mare.

Went to view a car today but its turns outs it wasnt quite as spotless as the seller lead me to believe. :banned:Nothing major but just enough small things to put me off. If it was 1K cheaper i'd be interested.

Any way the search continues.... ;)

Im dead set on finding a top notch replacement, Im lucky enough to have a nice car to drive until i find something.

My last car was such a minter that it's going to be tricky to find a replacement, but its not impossible. Ideally i'd like to buy off a forum member i can, to problem is all the ones im interested in are a far few miles away.
