Hey guys.

just thought id post some pics up of my 2006 Seat Ibiza FS. Have had it two years now and have only done a few mods to it but have alot more in the pipeline but may take a while due to funds and time. as we all know modifying is quite an expensive habit lol.

so here she is.

First few months i had the windows tinted, sub and double DIN installed.

Over the christmas period i decided i needed a new boot install so i started to build it and after christmas installed it and added a few other goodies i got for the car.

Wind deflectors

De-badged Grill

and boot install

Thats it at the moment.. still got my LCR front splitter to go on which i will be doing this weekend and next on the list will probably be vinyl roof and a few other parts vinyled.

So what you guys think?

What is the colour called ?

Same wheels as on my 1.9 tdi sport

Gareth, is your model a Formula Sport for sure? I noticed that you don't have the pre-facelift FR alloys and have rear brake drums?

Well it says it on my insurance, log book and front callipers and the guy at the seat garage told me it was aswell so I'm guessing so lol but I'm not sure

hmm thats weird, i have also noticed that you dont have a visible exhaust or the FR dials. All front calipers in the Ibiza say FS except cupra models i think. If you look at my readers ride, that is what a formula sport is supposed to look like lol. Guess thats the Seat parts bin for you eh?

Yea I suppose lol.. O well the FS bit I'm not bothered about definatley no it's an Ibiza tho lol. Yea i did notice yours was different to mine. I would have hidden the exhaust if it was showing on mine so not too bothered bout the exhaust i prefer them hidden as the back looks cleaner. I did it on my 97 Ibiza and it looked nice

Been a while since I've updated my RR so
Thought I'd get some pics up.

Had my roof vinyled and the front bumper done. Had a metallic black with silver flakes in it n I'm very happy with the results

Installed the neons in my boot install aswell but still looking for some rings to go around the subs

That's it so far.. What you think?

Car's looking good is urs the 1.9tdi? same as mine if it is mate, although I have calipers on the rear wheels.

Next up should be colour coding those side strips... will look miles better when it's done. Have a look thru my RR and u'll see the difference it makes.

No its 1.4 wish I had the 1.9 tho.. Yeah I'm currently in talks with a garage to get them done coz ive seen thy look miles better. Was thinking of having them removed all together and getting it smoothed aswell but not sure yet

MK4 Seat Ibiza *UPDATED* Ibiza vs Porsche!

Bit of an update..

As I drove past a Porsche boxter last week he decided to throw his door open before looking if anything was coming.. Unfortunately I happened to be the unlucky one!!

He damaged the left wing, bumper and it's rubbing when I open the passenger door and there was no damage at all to his Porsche!!

Insurance sorted everything and the car went into the garage Monday so hopefully should get it back soon!

No, it's just a normal sport with the 1.4 85hp engine. I've said to Gareth before about it, he says on the v5 it's a formula sport but it's defo not, i had one so i should know lol. Formula sport has exhaust out the back cos it has 100hp engine, prefacelift fr wheels, rear disk brakes, quilted material for the seats, white fr style dials that rev to 8k, prefacelift fr grills etc

Yeah I don't know how his car wasnt damaged I was very shocked.. If I was going any faster I probably would have taken his door off..

Yeah it says on my log book that's it's an FS but didn't think it was coz the engine isn't that powerful. Doesn't matter anyway might be selling up soon

Ok so i had my car back a few weeks ago after the bump. B N Gibbs in Newport did a great job and matched the paint perfectly.

Got bored on my few days off from work so decided to change my boot install aswell

Decided to give it a clean whilst the sun was shining on the weekend so clay barred the whole car and waxed it with Dodo Juice hard wax.
