Good news on the diff mate  just dont get to cocky though as they dont work well in the wet haha brilliant when you accelerate out a corner and the wheel snatches as it grips so hard :D

or putting more power into a corner like my mate did in mine.. as we where nudging over to the opposite side of the road he decided to back off the power... then the diff got some grip and ripped us back on track.....

Don't think he knows how a diff works..... you cant accelerate through a corner!!!!!

Is the lower strut brace the front OMP one? or whatever the company initials are????

I don't get the above, thought that was the whole point of a diff to keep power on in corners, that's how it works? If power isn't on at all in corners itl be prone to understeer and no point even getting one? Or are you saying your mate put far too much power on in the corner then **** himself and lifted off?

Yeh same people who make the seat sport one but it's just for the bottom, still havnt put it on lol really should do

You can't just keep accelerating as you turn into a corner... even with a diff at some point you'll loose traction. If the power is not on at all of the corner I still will get traction..... due to the diffs technology... :D

You get more with your foot down though, that's the whole point of one surely. Yeh in the wet both wheels spin when you loose traction instead of one, don't they haha scared me first time!

Just under 4kg's, don't get any clatter or rattling on idle, all nice and smooth like standard :)

Yeh it has! Low down gears up to about 4-5k rpm it pulls a hell of allot harder. Havnt really had much of a go in 4th but in 5th on the motorways etc it doesn't feel any different. Had a word with my boss and he reflected the same, said they don't make any difference once it's revving right up, only initially in shorter gears sort of thing. Glad I didn't go any lighter than 6kgs with the flywheel and glad the clutch cover went away to get balanced too as there's no clatter or rattles etc seemed to be a few initially but dunno if the ecu adjusted or something, runs just like standard now! Clutch feel is like standard too. Great mod really!

Posted haha havnt had a look at the standard ones past what comes into the cooler, if they are restrictive too could be a good shout!

Just started car up there after sitting under tons of snows for days on end, started up fine. De-snowed it and drove home, the grip available in the snow is awesome, sack your 4x4's off you need a diff haha can't wait to see the difference it makes on a nice dry road!

one is plastic i think and the ally one isnt the same sort of size as the forge one.
i thought my car was great in the snow last year untill the gritters ran out of grit and started ploughing and made it impossible to climb a hill with a short run up,i had to walk about 11 miles with the girlfriend it was the slowest long walk ive ever done.

Haha not good :( wouldn't like to do that! Had wet feet constantly the past 2-3 days we have been in Edinburgh, hate walking in it!

There's a short steep hill after a tight bend on the way back from my gf's that everyone has been getting stuck on going up it and I managed to get just below 40mph going up it when the wheels wernt spinning, it's class haha

Just ordered in an ITG maxogen filter with 80mm inlet for the lcr maf housing when hybrid happens, then just need to collect the injectors off a mate and all the bits are good to go. Just need to save up haha
