It's great! Just not used to it at all yet, can't wait until I am! Couldn't recommend Jabbasport enough either, if you get it done, go there!

Didn't even have to remind them of the 5% off etc they just remembered and took it off for me, which I wasn't expecting haha dead friendly people too, let me tale the car out for a test-drive after they had too, so very trusting as I coulda just left!

Off to work now, I'll have another attack at the rounderbouts in town lol

See I never have traction control on anyway, it's like putting your seat belt on when you get onthe car you automatically do it without thinking, I'm like that with switching it off lol if it's spinning up you just feather accelerator with your foot. Hate the feeling of traction control as it just seems to dump all the boost and bog it down like hell! When it spins up now it just spin both wheels and it trys to drag you about abit, just gotta hold on haha

when i switch traction control off it only stays off for 5 minutes of a blast then it goes back on i dont like the fact it switches abs off although on the track i can see that being handy but i never go on tracks though.

It doesn't turn off the ABS.
My Traction Control is dangerous but we wont go down this path again!

I thought this aswell, mine still kicks if when its off cos i always test the road surfaces at the mo to see if they are slippy and it kicks in. It'd be dangerous of it to switch abs off, my first car didnt have abs and nearly smashed it a few times

Yeh jabba really are class, bit of a trek for me but deffo worth it :D Lukes Edition 30 is awesome too, at the mo id still like one as my next car when i want to grow up abit lol

Whats up with your tcs like CJRamze?

Its not the same as my Old Cupra and your FR
On your Cupra/FR it cuts the power entirely and then returns it to the pedals position when it regains grip. When I had my Cupra (Ibiza) I overtook a lorry on an A road, everything was clear for about a mile and a bit and I hit a series of puddles, the TCS kicked in and regained several times and I almost got crushed by a lorry coming the other way and had the TCS not kicked in I would of cleared it by about 250m

On the Leon Cupra R (Or atleast my one) it keeps the power at a certain level where it finds grip until the tcs light goes off. Which means you keep accelerating or keep moving forward until the light goes off! On mine I pulled off hit a puddle and it kept accelerating and I almost hit someone who stopped infront of me as I pulled out

Sounds strange! On my old diesel fr and on this cupra it still accelerates even with the light going mental, just not as quick and can feel the brakes grabbing at the wheels.

Think jabba is about 3 hours from me lol Defo worth it tho

Yeh took me nearly 3 hours each way, was worth it, mad they managed the job in a day!

im sure my abs switches off when tc is turned off i will test it later when i pick the gf up,when i switch it off the pedal feels a lot firmer and im almost certain i can make it skid like a non abs car would.

Sounds strange, I tried mine in the snow on way to my and you could feel the abs in both instances

Yeh dead nice, too refined for me at the mo, do want one though haha not dsg for me though!

i checked my brakes with the traction control off and i was mistaken the abs does still work i might actually switch it off more often now i know that lol for some reason i always thought the pedal felt firmer and i was almost certain it switched the abs off.
so is the diff the best mod you have done scott?

Haha exactly! Gonna be ages! Lots of snow round here and it's fantastic on the snow with the diff even round wet slippy corners it's miles better. Really just can't wait for a good day haha

Good news on the diff mate  just dont get to cocky though as they dont work well in the wet haha brilliant when you accelerate out a corner and the wheel snatches as it grips so hard :D
