I finally got round to having the car re-rolling roaded today. My previous rolling road had showed a huge torque figure, which i wanted to get checked for accuracy.
My previous Rolling Road had been done at 9 degrees in January, this time round it was 23 degrees. They dyno specialist said as a rule of thumb for every 5 degree drop in temperature you can see a difference of 5bhp generally.
The car was rolled 3x and my average output was 230.6bhp and 324.3 ft lbs of torque which is a lot more like the quoted torque figure, as i was getting worried about the cars reliability. I can finally calm down a bit and stop worrying about the car!
, the dyno tuner told me, depending on the temperature and pressure the car should see up to to 240ish bhp, but obviously it all depends on the natural factors.
Happy and relieved with result!!
Video of smoke on the rolling road still to come
