Just looking at wheels what do people think of theys splits? Have to paint the centers gold though..

they are nice but everyone has BBS nowadays, everyone and their wife has them at edition! Personally something a bit different is better IMO.

Mine are already bbs atm Be nice! Everyone has them cos they work , Dont see many on ibiza's though thankfully.

Posted mate, just sent the 2 gold ones, maybe one on the tailgate? i dno, do as you will, hope there ok. Had them lying around and didnt think i would use the gold so scene as your going for gold they seem to fit in. anyways i personnly prefer the wheels you have on now. why not gold wrap the centres lol.

I know exactly why thought you would want something different? Most people can only afford BBS reps and think they are a bit more VW scene really, a few past cars on here had them, there was a black petrol cupra with 18s slammed a few years back now that did look good but no way I would spend all that money just on wheels.

Thanks mate ur mint! , Yeah could well go there i want a kinda sticker part on one half of my window going down on a diagonal with a few diffrent colour stickers .

Hmm i know , I love my bbs atm they just seem to work on the ibiza , I just want to keep them and get the centers sprayed but its so so hard to find someone to do it!
If i had alot of money id get some pimping chrome bbs alloys but im a poor 19 year old student so forget that

Personally I just couldn't spend loads of money on wheels when I think I could get so many other bits done or are you finished on all other mods now really? I might get different wheels or refurbish mine yet again next year but that is cos I am no longer goign to stage two map and have run out of things to do really!

Well poweder coaters cant do it down to paint run etc , And there are no allloy painters around here! Body shops only do body work around here so im stuck there too!
Im not done at all i have more plans including stage 2 but what can i get so much of for 130 quid?

The kid who bought them emailed me the other day to see if they are same as mine. Which they are

And random 1989 yes the pictured ones are 2 piece splits
The ones currently on this car are not

You are not trying hard enough lol! Can't you just do what others said powder coat them then spray the centres? For exactly £130 dunno but save a little more and you can get more mods for stage two.

i thought there were his lol sorry jumped in part way through thread i was jsut confused about why if the centre's are removable a powder coater couldnt do em. now i see he was probbaly talking about his not been able to get painted.

Yeah talking about mine , Tut tut jumping in like that mr! lmao!

Curently thinking about my bay , Thinking white cover + airbox with carbon battery cover (Custom just for shows) Will sort of rest there.. With gold washer bottle , Oil ,fluid etc.. and a few stickers around the bay!

Looks alright so far , Have to have a peek this weekend , Want the engine done for shows tbh , I would of loved my wheels roof and bay to be finished for edition but it wont happen!
No point with show and shine when it looks naff still!

Hmm.. They just say they dont do alloy wheels around here , Oh well I Might know someone to do my engine bay and my alloys! Would be bash on ! Carbon roof needs to be done soon also
