Rob mate you might want to watch which one of those you use. If you look at them they all from the pictures appear to be different threads. So it will be a case of which one is right for where your putting it. Just a warning incase they are different and you fit the wrong one threading the fitting and turbo.

From a guess without measuring it i think the orange one looks similar to garrett oil fittings and is possibly 4AN by 1/8 NPT fitting but not sure i would just be carefull but the=n i may be completely wrong

Thanks for the warning, but they all fit in the turbo and on the oil feed line, I've tried them.

Here's the latest progress pics, not much left to do now, I have to fit the CAT section of the exhaust underneath, refit the lambda sensors, drain the oil and fit the oil return pipe.

Running off wastegate pressure until it's mapped:

The intercooler pipe is temporary, I have asked Forge to make me one in alloy.

As Mark was saying above, its not the threads thats the problem its the sealing.

The banjo type fitting on the LHS is sealed by a crush washer, either metal or metal/elastomer.
The other two seal on the tapered nose, metal to metal seal.
The two which are the same, I'd use the one in the middle purely for the fact its stainless steel and capable of being in a higher pressure system without issue.
Also the one on the right it 'coated' with something. This 'coating' is also on the sealing face which is a big no no. Even it being on the threads is not great unless its a very hard coating.

The banjo has 2 copper crush washers yes, the orange one seems to be anodised alloy and only screws in half way, the steel one goes in all the way and has the right size of restrictor so that's the one I have fitted.

Mmmmmm thinking I should have gone this setup as well the eliminator 2 relocation is proving to be a bit of a twat lol looking good though Rob :)

I think you might have problems with the DV being so close to the MAF rob.

Liking the rest of the setup tho. :)

As Phil says you may get an issue with the idle. The first few kits we did had the issue, but we relocated the dv closer to the turbo and the problem was solved. See how you get on.

Like the old school mk4 golf TIP on the Ibiza. Way to check is pull off on a hill and dump the clutch to recirc boost and see if it cuts out.

One of the main things ive done on mine is keep the spacing between filter - MAF - DV and turbo as big as possible.

As above. I've got a 3" silicone coupler between my MAF and filter now and still get occasional stalling when dipping the clutch which I think may be down to this. Easy enough for you to fix though
