Oh my god, that reflection is incredible! When my car gets polished you cant really notice the reflections much, just the blinding reflection of the sun. But that looks top notch!

Haha true - even stranger it's not the first time I've had striking similarities on this forum.

When I had my old mk3 Ibiza another forum member had exactly the same car - but in Black, and he had all the same mods - which was pretty impressive as my old Ibiza had tonnes of mods!

I got my 1.6TDi Sport about two weeks ago, exactly the same as yours with the tinted glass, convenience pack etc just in lunar grey with black alloys and black mirror caps.

Really want to get spoiler fitted now, having looked at your pics - looks so much better!
Haven't rung around yet for prices but looks like I need to get saving.

i had a look in halfords for some white lights for the ibiza but they only had them for the older models. what kinds should i look out for that will work in my mk5?

Do you want the actual main bulbs or just side lights ?

was thinking main bulbs, but after seeing your side lights im not sure, maybe both sets eventually? or would that look too much? I'm pretty new to modding cars, so opinions are always welcome

Right, it's done. The FR grille is on after alot of pain and brute force. It was definatly not as easy as you guys made it out to be, the clips at the side just wouldn't budge. I'll get the pics up as soon as the site lets me post them!

I would like to change my front bulbs to all white but it's finding the correct ones that will look right, am thinking of maybe going HID. Look forward to seeing pics mate

Are HID bulbs the ones that have a blue tint to them rather than white? They would look good.

Aye they look smart, the 8000k ones would probably be enough, although I havn't seen them first hand. Can you just buy the bulbs and fit them in or do you have to buy a conversion kit mate?

IbizaRocks7 : Looks spot on mate and in the best colour HIDs would require the full conversion kit. I've been told these are illegal so am looking at Phillips Diamonds bulbs
