Other query is I notice backdraft said boost set to 1.6 bar when achieving 402 bhp with 550 cc injectors.Do you know what max boost was reached/set at on this latest run of 444bhp[and what size injectors used] ??

2 bars of boost mate. injectors are 630cc and also running the rs4 maf

maha dyno.
dyno dynamics ill get 350 or summat. always get low figures on that dd and so does everyone else.450 or not it still pulls very very hard all the way through .
ive got the goodyear assys but im going to take them off and put them on my s3.
inters day its going to run on slicks but im going to buy the r888s or the r1rs next week

The best I could got a few weeks ago on the dyno dynamic RR was 384 with 395lbft, peak power was at 5200 RPM. It would be interesting to see what my car does on the same Maha RR you used. At the moment I have boost creep problem but hopefully will trying bringing it to the GTI international.

Buch, this reminds about a conversation I had with one of the firms in the US who I had been intouch with inregards to some parts. when I told him about my setup, the chap asked me If I was on limit with 550CC injectors....I may be tempted to try these aty some point on my car.

my maf and injectors were both maxed out after porting the head and installing supertech valves and the sem and water meth so got the rs4 maf and 630s alongside a new map which took bloody ages lol.i would love to see your car mate ive heard lots about it

Got mine port and polished too from the same person you had yours done (JP), supertech valves, rods, 2 litre stroker kit, SEM Mani, Fluid damper, CAT CAMs, Devils own water meth, same turbo as yours GT2871R with 0.86 housing, forge race intercooler but TBH feels like im going backwards rather than forward in power.

Thats what the racelogics for

We will hopefully get the car down to surrey RR for a dyno to do some comparisons. To give an idea, a X-bow with the BDM300 kit makes 298 on a Maha and 299 on surrey's DD.

Looking at the run, the boost peaks at 1.84 and is holding 1.68 at 7.2K. Intake temps hit 45 degs even with the meth. On the road the temps are much lower.

yea its for sale just dont have time for it anymore plus got another babeh on the way.really going to miss it.
