Cheers man, I understand where your coming from, and have actually considered taking them off,
just that I don't appreciate someone calling my car a "barry boys" car, hence being a bit mardy lol

Am sorry Barry i mean abhardwaj !
I use to have a chaved up car when i was young we all look back and think WTF ! As am sure you will.
End of the day its your car have fun modifying it the way you want !
At the end of the day at least your out working and earning to pay for your Viper stripes and not causing mischief.
Would look a lot better with some facelift bumpers :)

Oi oi cheeky boy, what do we have 'ere then :p Nice one mate! But yeah, from your fellow Mk2 owner all the way from North wales, the stripes have become just a tadd too much. Yet again, it's your car, and it still looks very good mate :) you've done a good job of this car of yours over the last 2 years ;) But appart from that, as always - awesome job on the roof mate :). Tempted to do mine now.

Apparently, (a bit too late now) the real secret is to use a lot of water, rather than use it sparingly? Soon find out maybe on mine :p

But I don't think my car is chavvy! Maybe if I had a bodged body kit, shopping list decals and wrinkly window tints then yeah I would lol.
Keeping it pre facelift bumpers for now as its still something different and rare......but if you have tornado red bumpers for me cheap then I'll take them :p

haha, thanks man, yeah the trick is to use plenty of water with a hint of fairy liquid using a spray bottle to apply

Well I sat there staring at Isabella, and decided that most of you are right, the stripes didn't look good with the roof, so..................................................

very nice mate have you thought about changing the bumpers ? and i love the wheels :D

Thanks :)
Yeah I have, but can never find tornado red bumpers for a decent price, don't want to buy a different colour as I don't want to paint such a big surface as I'll never get it right lol

By the way, I'm thinking of (look at the reflectors inside your headlights) well I'm considering spraying mine black, the surround around the outside, I think it'll look mean you know. You can get the galss off etc, as you know by putting the whole unit into the oven for a bit :p just a thought!

Thanks Suj, yeah I know what you mean, I do like them as they look "retro" and are rare, but facelift ones just look really good

Looks better without the stripes mate. Although it looks 'strange' just now because I am so used to it having stripes.

I think you have got vinyl-itis now :bleh:. What are you doing next??

I know dude, the emptiness lol.
Not sure, I'll see what I can hold of :D

haha yeah I miss the stripes, looks weird :p
That might look good, but could also look tacky, also would it not decrease the light from the lamps, as there's not as much reflection to beam it out?
If I can get a spare set of headlamps I might give it a go

Like this Arun, sorry I won't spam anymore haha. I think it looks good, but that might be because the car is black;

you have to heat them up in the oven or you could do with with a heat gun and prize them aaprt carefully and then mark up the insde making sure you avoid the reflectors then you have to heat them up again to put them back toghter
