If hes going to finish with me it will be after saturday, Im doing his golf then!

Thanks, I tried my best.

Next I want to get my engine bay cleaned, and get the alloys off and get them cleaned up.
Everything Im doing is just small stuff as really want a LCR so don't want to spend big money on it.

If you didn't stay so far away I would easy wax your car!

Yeah, its hard keeping it clean in Scotland, esp when you live on a farm! I love my foam lance, I was surprised at the difference it actually makes, I could have got away without the hand wash!

Indeed you were the first to say it (I think!) :)

I really wanted a LCR but couldn't get insurance when I was 20. Now that Im 22 hopefully next summer will be more reasonable, will be 23 by then. Im getting on a bit! lol

Thought I would check out how water on the bodywork would look after waxing, Im delighted with the effect. Think it's fair to say Im now hooked on waxing! :)

Quality job on the mini detail! Will definitely be borrowing the idea of masking up the plastic trim!

Thank you, was a first attempt so Im still learning! I got my masking tape from Polished Bliss, I thought it was good, as you dont have to worry about getting polish ect on them. Saves time really.

hi Cat,
Your car looks great and you certainly have the knack of car detailing well done.
I love your dog, i'm going to see a red tri collie on sunday. He'll be my replacement for a beutiful black and white i lost last year (age 15) who i still sorely miss . I'm a black and whit collie man at heart. How do you rate the reds and do you have any recent pics of your dog for us to see as hes looks a pup in your original shots.

Hi Willy.Thank you!
We have had many black and white collies over the years (working dogs), and brodie is our first red collie! He was the replacement for a black and white collie too. The latest pic I would have is this one. I would say he is the best puppy we have ever had! He was toilet trained within one day, and is very well behaved, considering he has had little training. Both his parents were red collies. I don't know if it's just luck or if red collies do have a slightly better temperment and ability to train, I would highly rate a red collie. :)

Thanks Cat,
They both look great, toilet trained in a day would be a dream come true for me. Temprament is so important too as i have a toddler and want a gentle dog. The thing is with the borders is that they are all a little querky but you just need to know how to handle the breed with tons of excercise and mental stimulation. I'm tempted to leave this pup with the breader a little longer than normal (9-10 weeks maybe) as i feel he will mature better in the company of the other dogs and cats etc.
i'll post some pics of him on sunday and you can tell me what you think.:)

Re: Kat's Leon Cupra - First attempt at Detailing on Page 7

Finally got a half decent mount made for my air cone, no more tie wraps! :) Big thanks to MashBurn for helping me decide on colour of cones.
