not an update as such but it got serviced this morning at Vasstech in Northallerton, Paul said the car was absolutely mint and needed nothing bar the oil and filter etc said there was a small crack in the under tray and a small dent in the sump though, can only think this was caused by a rabbit from last week!haha

That mount got fitted too and can say it has made allot of difference in the way the power picks up and it feels smoother through the gears and what not. When the cars running on idle though there is a tad bit more vibration in the cabin and a tad bit more noise but nothing you cant live with.

I'd say the car is about done now, except wheel refurb and the like. With most the handling stuff upgraded and just a map on the engine it drives fantastically now, especially for a diesel, so i think i'll just enjoy it now until i dont have to commute 60 miles a day then i can get back to petrol

Maybe one time in the future if i get bored but they just end up been expensive once they have been declared etc would just rather put the money else where :p

Small insignificant update, i fitted my cupra/fr rear lights again so sportrider ones are up for grabs, along with the standard engine cover and standard mount for someone to polybush (see for sale section)

Scott

So, going back a little bit here... this pic looks amazing! :D

How much rubbing do you get on the front? I ask because I want my front end that low, but the wheels already rub on the arches over bigger bumps. Have you modded the arches in any way at all?

Ah i see. Bit late for me to be worrying about ruining the arches. The rubbing I've had so far has melted a hole in them so at least I know where to cut if I do decide to mod the arches :D
