Just been under my engine and took this off. What are the two small pipes at the front right of the cover. Are these the breather pipes or is that the one at the rear right? Read this thread expecting one pipe and theres hundreds :D One of the front right pipes on mine was disconnected but ive plugged it back in now. Waiting for an explosion when i go to turn the car on in an hour:D

Make sure the throttle body is lined up at the rear right hand side and then I think there is 3 maybe 4 "studs" that it sits on, make sure these are lined up and it should "clip" into place without too much resistance.
You could turn it upside down and make sure the holes that the "studs" line up with are all ok, and make sure the throttle body rubber isn't folded or anything like that...
Apart from that not sure what else could be holding it up???

went outside and had another look and the rubber bit on the cover which connects to the throttle body wasnt sitting right. pushed it in and the cover popped right on.

thanks :D simon

there are a few clips - one in the bottom centre, and 2 up the top one to the left and the right side pull them but be careful of the small pipes....when i took mine off to clean my filter i pulled them off then took 20 mins trying to connect pipes back up - piece of piss though!!

i have a 1.2 s myself :)
