Lowering Leon Cupra R

i think the 40-40 looks the best, imo i dont like it when a wheel is tucked into a arch slightly like on the 50-50's (looks sloppy)

just my humble opinion of course. btw, ben are those the standard shocks did you say?

My platinum grey LCR is lowered on 50mm Weitec springs & shocks from DPM which lowers the car 30mm and it looks ace!! :D

Wouldn't lower it any lower lol

Much better road handling and ride plus comfort, anyone thinking about this set up for their LCR's; Go for it!

That looks awesome billyhas! It sounds like you rate the setup but care to do a more in depth review? This would really help me out as I have a war in my head right now between coilovers & this package that you have. What's body roll like? Is the passenger side any higher than the drivers side?
My Weitec 50mm front and rear full suspension kit on my LC 180.

Best thing ever - rate it soo much over the standard setup and havent got a crashy or harsh setup at all the springs and shocks. I was a bit worried about going so low due to having a child in the car but even the misses has noticed the difference, I have no issues with speed humps & also full car no rubbing at all.

Body roll has been heavily reduced I'm alot more confident in the handling of the car and also added with my front whiteline ARB the car has been transformed!

My honest opinon is it doesnt get much better than this! One very pleased Weitec customer!

The Jamex's that Ben1413 is talking about... are they designed for the LC or the LCR? Only asking cos £75 sounds good to me as i can (near enough) fit my fist in the wheelarch of my LC.

If they're designed for the LCR, and the LCR is already 10/20mm lower than the LC, would it drop my LC by 50/60mm total? Would that run me into problems when it comes to the mot (seem to remember reading something about wishbone angle )
