help with my fault codes please

hello there, when my car gets to 3,500 revs the ecp light comes on and the car starts juddering. the fault codes that are coming up on vag com are *16395 P0020 -A- Camshaft Pos. Actuator Circ. Bank 2 Malfunction *16705 P0321 Ign./Distributor Eng.Speed Inp.Circ Range/Performance. i would like some help if posible dont no if any of you have had this problen many thanks joe
