mk2 cupra exhaust on mk3?

Been offerd a mk2 cupra backbox would it fit on my Mk3 1.4 ??

looks the same all the hangers are in the right place will i need a reducer pipe??

any idea of the size in mm ?

It seems low on his he hasnt cut the bumper or anything?

if you are fitting to a mk3 it will need modding/cutting as the bumper is lower and only the cupra had the cutout

probably need new hanger's and at least an adapter as the bore size will be different btu nothing that couldn't be modified with work and inspiration

:) what i wanna know is what that car's lowered with as i haven't seen one scrape gravel like that without airbags

someones probably nicked the coilovers and its just resting on the exhaust. :lol:

I dont mind doing a little cutting out as long as its only the bottom splitter.
dont really wanna cut above that.

I dont know the guy personally its a friend of a friends car.

but my friend has a mk3 golf just as low i think it involves hammering the inner arches and very very stiff coilovers to the point were it breaks your back if you run over a pebble :)

i had a similar exhaust on my 1.4 and it just rested on the bottom splitter without melting it. i think the bumpers are about same size as mk3.
