My mrk1 Leon FR TDI

Thought it was about time i put some piccies up lol

When i first bought it in January this year with 41k on the clock

First job was Eibach lowering springs and a LCR front spoiler

Second was de-badge the rear and wings and fit new FR badge on tailgate and front grill

Next was the Fabia rear wiper conversion so out with the old shuddery crap

And in with the new nicer working wiper

Next up teh car was needing new discs and pads on the front so would have been wrong not to give the calipers a lick of paint (not the best job due to time but made it a bit neater just now)

Gave the car a Oil + Full Filters change aswell and nice new glow plugs to keep me happy

Thats it just now, just had the timing belt kit/pump etc etc delivered so will be getting a mate to do this for me in a week or so.

Really want new wheels and fancy the BBS CH reps but skinto just now LOL

Looks good. Im currently saving for BBS CH alloys too, they suit the Leon so well.

The cossie was mine, had it for over 2 years but sold it a few years ago, sadly the owner after me trashed it i believe and im gutted to hear its now in a shed up near Aberdeen as a bare shell nearly.

Was my dream car, chuffed to bits i had it, Cant beat the sound of a cossie on full boost lol, lavished £££££ on it as you do but circumstances changed with houses and babys and didnt have a garage to keep her

Really regret selling it, always thought about getting another and been very tempted a few times last year but something inside me says just admire them now and dont get one, so ill attend the likes of Ford Fair and National Day to drool over them.

second photo was taken just before the comps went on, tried to find a set of comps for the leon but never did in the end, think compomotive mo's would look good an a leon, haven't seen one with them yet!

Ahh so its will be be a something Grey then as the usually all have a specific name

you will find the paint code in the spare wheel well,it wont tell you the name , the code only will be some thing along the lines of La7w or something similar , hope this helps
