yeh he's right mate the pads on the rear for the DS2500's are only about 4mm think or something (half the thickness of the fronts i think), the way i see it as the rears do under half the work that the front does then they should wear fairly evenly so will both need replaced around the same time so it's no real issue imo

either way you can't complain considering the price and you might get the package a bit cheaper if you go for standard rear pads ??

thanks for the info. when i get mine i get the oem pads then.

if you wanted something better for the rear then this is the only time i would say ebc red.. :hide:
for what they do, and where they are, reds at back with ds2500's up front should work fine.

just to clear it up i've just been out and measured my rear DS2500 pads and they have exactly the same depth pad material as the front at 10mm, they are also exactly the same depth as the Pagid OEM pads i have lying around aswell

From memory mine were pretty much the same as the fronts too. My rears have lasted much longer than the fronts of course!!
