i want to turn mine from white to red ? do you think it would work? and could you make them in red?

yes i do, it did cross my mind today. I think i could get the backing really vivid too with it light up. The white has come out well, just a couple of minor adjustments to be made.

I have the white ones exactly as i want them i just have to move slightly the last 25 degrees of the dials as they sit about 0.5mm out, no issues really just takes up more time but really suprised myself how good they have come out :D

I was thinking of the red as i have the same colour as yours, I want to change to fonts so they are white, with a vivid red background, (to match the colour of my car) the red on the rev counter would need to be changed to another colour, will try black at the moment but may change. will have the seat logo white and the cupra badge im not sure of yet.

Obviously being a red car i just want to see if its too much or not.

You can get custom ones from skewer, I have them fitted in my Toledo and I know Leon owner Ptar64 currently has a set waiting to fit.

Only just found this thread!
Still not installed mine as yet :( but heres a pic of them sat by my desk!

Excusr the poor light conditions, a rough idea of how good the light comes through :).
Will get some more when I get out in the car tomorrow.

Overall, quite a fiddly process and trying to get the needles off is abit nerve wrecking but the teaspoon way is definately the easiest.
Also trying to have the needles back at the correct position is quite a lenghty process too, spent most of my time trying to sort the speedo one!!!!

Very nice indeed! I got by ebay ones the other day (not cupra) so will be trying to fit those next weekend. How did you manage getting the needles back on?
