Yeh I was offered a deal I couldn't resist. Sad to see it go but i'll be even happier going back to petrol.

The car has gone to a garage, the buyer will no doubt see the SCN stickers and will hopefuly sign up so I can see her again.



Thanks mate, I wasn't expecting it to sell so quickly. but the garage instantly fell in love and knew straight away it had been looked after plus a TDI with 38k is very very sellable.

Just need to make my mind up with my LCR colour now.....Black or another Platinum Grey...

I hope you get sorted out with a new LCR soonish.

I reckon you should buy yourself a shItter and be very picky until the right LCR comes along. When you're car less sometimes desperation has an effect on the decision making process.

If you were local I'd let you use the ACR indefinitely (within reason - its been done before).

Anyway, do you mind me asking what you got for her? Based on the price I reckon about £7000 which I think is a good price.

Well funny enough the mrs wanted a Black Ibiza. She had in mind of me cleaning it for her every week and do all the detailing stuff I do to mine. I just refused because I know what i am like - just be cleaning it every week and never actually driving the thing. She settled to Track Grey which is a half way house from platinum colour and black.

It came from a private seller, someone knows him who knows me kinda carry on. Picked the car up today after about 2 hrs of looking over everything. Apart from the stonechips on the bonnet its mint!
