I have done a search and there seems to be a few different opinions on these.

Can anyone tell me what Porsche Brembo's I can and can't use on my 312 LC discs?

I think 996 rears? what about others?

What else is needed? new lines and spacer brackets? where would I get the spacers from?

One last thing, would a set of Brembo's from Fiat coupe 20vt fit as I know where there is a set.

Not 100% sure I'm gonna do it yet as have other things planned but I am looking into it :D

£250 for some brackets!!! [:@]

Surely you can get them cheaper than that?

Very handy tho as it has caliper part numbers, thanks for that :D

Sorry to hijack the thread slightly, will brembo's out perform say DS2500 pads and EBC grooved ultimax discs? My brakes are getting near to being changed and I can't decide what to do also clearance could be an issue with brembo's as the wheel might not be deep enough to take them. My cars a LC at stage 2 so good brakes are required ;-)

Cheers

4 pot brembos and oem pads will still be slightly better than ds2500 in single pot calipers, but ds2500 in 996 calipers are fantastic, depends on budget really.

i have 996 rears with ds2500s on 312mm discs and they are awesome

you will need spacers with oem 17s yes... think dk runs 15mm fronts with starfish alloys on his track day alloys

youll need custom carriers also

daveb1970 off ukmkv1s used to do carriers..
