I have to get a new one now anyone know where youbcan gay them cheap lol getting it lowered 20mm so would be nice to find a place that does them cheap. I once parked on the top floor of a multi story getting ip wasn't a problem but coming down was the worst had to come from the top floor to the ground backwards peaople thought I was crazy, my mate almost cried tho when it hit the front lol

how low are you guys with the lcrs or are they scraping at standard ride height ?
it seems crazy my old mk 4 fiesta was lowered 110mm with a leon splitter and 13"s and hardly ever scraped on speed bumps on multi stories.
+is it splitter/bumper scrape or underbody damage ?

Mine is standard ride height and it still grounds out on speedbumps or on steep downhill ramps like in multistorey car parks. Not aware of any undertray damage etc tho, just the splitter.

I can just about get my finger between wheel and arch so pretty low. I only scrape ridiculous speed bumps, most are okay tho:)

Unfortunately my garage is on an incline so every time it comes out it catches. Im in need of a new one as its a bit rippled, so thats next on the list!

I must admit I'm a bit worried about going to Leeds Festival. In the past on the standard LC I struggled so now I'm not sure I'll even be able to drive it there. Also when fully loaded I couldn't fit my finger between wheen and arch at the back. hmmm.

Yea tell me about it if I got 2 or 3 ppl in the back the exhaust catches the humps, I think it's because the bumper is so long on the front it hits everything

Catching the splitter often sounds worse than it actually is (doesn't stop the sharp intake of breath and grimace every time though :D) I see it partly as a protective thing though - I'd rather scrape the £17 bit of plastic than the paintwork.

Unless it's a daily occurrence, if you've only got light scraping you can sand it down to get it looking smooth again. I've done this a couple of times and you'd have to get quite close to tell
