Had a bit of missery last night,

got my car stuck trying to get up a hill,

tried forwards failed so tried backwards again failed traction control would kill the power to much and no traction control spun up wayyyy too much,

tried a run up forwards but slide back down the hill and hit a wooden barrer on the rear corner of the bumper, amazingly no damage ( properly floored it and drifted to slow the impact!! ) was not impressed, eventually managed to find a 4x4 to tow me out!! nightmare.

however i appears i have thrown my tracking right out.

To drive straight i have to turn the wheel about an 8th to the right!

Hoping its simply the tracking, as i was spinning up loads, sliding with wheels at all sorts of angles!

Anyone ever trust anywhere like bathwick tyres, pro tyre or similar to do tracking?

Could it be that I have spotted you on the Nürburgring this summer? Unfortunately I don't have a photo of that car. But it was a black Cupra like yours, with black rims with red strip. But I'm almost sure it had different wheels.

Brembo / Porsche red brakes.

Tracking is also fixed! was thrown out by 3 degrees on the drivers wheel, trashed two front tyres! so two new front tyres, gone for some falkens this time, so far so good, good handling in the wet which i was impressive with!

how much difference have people seen from fitting a FMIC to a 130pd or more benefits as more performance mods come?

Well, slight update. Decided against getting the intercooler for now, wanna wait till i can do everything properly and get everything required in one go. Second snowboard trip was more important to me lol.

However believe it or not the front end is now sitting about 10mm lower and now have all four tyres touching the arches!!

I have had the chasis notched to allow clearance for the drive shaft when running silly low and when on full drop. Full drop front end is now 10mm lower and the a arms now touch the subframe! so not able to go any lower without serious work!

Just looking at getting the whiteline arbs to give good driveshaft clearance from them!!!

has anyone used a whiteline one before??

will get some more photos up with her new stance :)

Chasis notched on the drivers side :)

chasisnotched.jpg

done by paul coltech locally, great job :)

The front has dropped a good 10mm from where she sat before so proper happy with that, driveshafts were holding the chasis up!

now with literally no clearance at all under the subframe! looking at getting a custom guard made up to protect bottom of engine etc!

People always ask whats the ride height when driving.

drivingclearance.jpg

Here i have 30psi in the front end and 25psi in the rear end! Gives roughly inch of clearance under the engine! scrape the front splitter all the time, but buy a new one when its gone! good identication on how much clearance i have.

New arb is required big time, think it might even reduce my turning circle as look toward it touchs the driftshafts pretty hard! grooves in the driveshaft is a nice sign!

Hope you all like :) and pretty sure its the lowest leon on here :) would love to get the front splitter on the floor but dont think its gonna happen unless i run some 17's! Looking to get some deep dish wheels again to complete the euro look, but unsure what i want! Thinkin schmitch th's but have become pretty popular!

they are nice mate, but i bloody loved the look of your car on the old merc rims,

get these, get these, get these! :D

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI....360991&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT#ht_500wt_1182

I did love those but they took a beating not strong enough!! as i ran small tyres as they were 18's gone for the 17's this time as they will have larger tyres, therefore bit of protection for the rims!

These are proper proper special wheels too, the merc rims have been done several times!

i really like them i think they will look great on the leon, what size are they?

They are 17 by 10.5 and 17 by 9 :)
Collecting the wheels monday evening so expect photos!
