At which service do these get done on the Cupra??

I've had the 1st and 2nd year services and only done 14k.

Also, whats the best panel filter? Was going to order the pipercross from Awesome when I order my torque arm insert.

40k service mate.

Pipercross filter available as part of the carbonio kit, but I am sure Green and K&N have one for the Cupra too. The biggest restriction is the engine cover itself though.

Thanks. :)

Was just going to change the element for now till the warranty runs out at end of year, and didn't want to change the filter if it was due next service.

I'll do CAI and map when warranty is up.

I got a pollen filter at my 2yr/20k service plus oil and oil filter. Maybe the pollen is every 20k?

That means the 40k is plugs, air filter, oil, oil filter and pollen filter!! Anyone had aprice for a 4yr/40k service??

Whens timing belt? 6yrs/60k?

My seat dealer quoted me 380 plus parts and labour and vat (cambelt kit and waterpump) and I still haven't done it...shes 4yrs old and on 57k on the clock...money is tight. hope this helps mines a TFSi but the parts should be more or less the same for your cupra

I looked in my service book and it says that cambelt change on leon tfsi 110000 miles or 11 years? somehow don't think thats right. Especially when that engine in a skoda is 60000 miles or 4 years. Can you help Techie? Also are there any special tools required to do a belt change?

How did you get on and what got changed?

The whole lot! Pollen, air and fuel filters, along with the spark plugs.

Had a few other small bits looked at, plus the MOT. Came in at £351!!.....:(

Never trust the service book, they go out of date real fast.

ELSA shows the TFSI belt as 120k, SEAT still advise all belts at four years, I believe Skoda say the same.
