Yeah thats it just like a big rubber O ring.

To be honest I can't see how they seal as the rocker cover is not 100% flat......or this maybe the point of them?

Either way I thought it was worth fitting them for small price they cost.

these the ones, read hitatchi sold the design to beru and beru rebranded them, same coilpack

works out at £108 delivered for all 4... id guess at plus the bolts to hold them in

after mine was remapped (prev owner) i think it had 2 packs
not i find its dropping to 3 quite often so bought a set off ebay less than £80 all in, just waiting for them to arrive so i can see if that was the problem
it runs better on super but it only makes a slight difference to the misfire

They look similar, mine came in genuine VAG boxes and are Hitachi branded tho

mine didnt correct the midfire completly, its a bit better but not 100%
plugs next i guess

fitetd my new coilpacks and new ice blue bulbs today while waiting to go buy a 2003 focus, not for me tho
