Interested to see who has done the most miles ina cupra tdi and what problems they have had over that time. Mine is 57 k which is probably average, but anyone smashed through the 100k mark etc.
Cheers

Mine will cross the 70k mark in the next week, all but 93 miles done by myself. I'll probably keep it until it reaches 100k

Other than niggling problems (misting h/lamps & damn rattles :censored: ) and a faulty clutch which was replaced under warranty, it's been a good little car

My 05 Plate has 130k miles.

So far, the only items I have NEEDED to replace is the MAF, front passenger spring, top mount and bearing, and ARB drop link.
I'd hate to list what it has had replaced tho.

100k of that has been with approx 240bhp and 350lb/ft

Bloody hell thats good to know,

In all fairness, I think I got a good one. It doesn't rattle, until recently it didn;t clunk (all sorted now), I've had one MAF go, and the rear washer come off once. None of the other common problems seem to have appeared.

I get about 30k out of a set of front pads, 60k out of the rears. 60k out of front and rear discs (could have been more but I'm fussy), 20k out of Goodyear Eagle F1s (I have them changed at approx 10k. front pass side goes to front drivers side, same with rears.

Exhaust lasted 100k (and was in 'as new' condition when I removed it), HIDs have lasted 100k.

Suspension, bushes, and ARBs were replaced around 60k (again down to choice)

The one bad bit about mine, is that the bodywork is starting to show its age. 130k of stonechips, fading and dings. Two minor bits of rust (caused by the plastic B pillar cover fouling the body), but since I now have a company car, all that is due to change
