How much effort would be involved in changing pre facelift front bumper to the face lift one on a cupra???

Really starting to like the facelift front end but not prepaired to pay for a new car.

from what I can see the reall differences apart from bumper is the front lights and the top grille is different.

The wings look the same and so does the bonnet! But I could be wrong.

Can any one answer this for me.

thanks

I would think a whole new front end is going to be pricey, maybe enough to suggest trading in your car for new?

As far as I can tell, you will need, new bumper, new headlights and the new grill and any other associated grills for the lower part of the bumper, I'm not sure if your existing foglights will fit straight in.

This is the way I see it mate. Will investigate further, but seems just the same as adding a mk1 LCR bumper to the standard mk1 leon, but just with changing the front lights aswell.

Painting ant a problem as I can get it sprayed for an extreamly cheep price by a pro.

Each to their own, but I would not waste my time/money as you will end up with a hybrid car with a new style front end and an old style rear end.

On top, I still prefer the front end of the pre face lift as its more aggressive looking.
