Fitting DP & Cat - How To? (LCR)

Is there a guide to this? I tried yesterday and it's a complete PITA by the looks of it. The turbo is alot further up than I thought when going in from underneath and it looks a tricky job going from twinpipe & twin cats to a large single pipe and cat. There also appears to be a heat shield by the turbo and I have no idea how to remove this either.

Can anyone help or is it a job for a tuning garage?

if you have no idea id say its a job for a garage, some say you have to drop the sub frame to get the dp off, but as i said if you dont have the correct tools or have no idea my advice is dont attempt it

I enquired about fitting at AMD and they say that it can't be done to an OEM cat back system. This surely can;t be tru as I know some of you have gone this route, the pipes cant be differemt lengths can they? I am sure the connections are the same too.

Could it be the diameter of the downpipe and the standard system are different?
