remote windows

Hi has anyone used vag com to get the remote windows working? ive read into it alot and some people said it only works on cars with a convenience module or something? thanks!

Remote windows? You mean if you long-press the lock/unlock key the windows goes up and down? Thats standard i think.

I got it on my 1.6 Stylance....

Just annoying it doesnt do the mirrors

standard on the sport believe se as well, you do have to hold the lock on the remote seems a long time till windows go up, or down hold (unlock)

No mirrors are a standalone option - I've ordered them on mine but they don't come as part of the convienence pack.

What I mean is the mirrors dont fold when you hold lock like the Leon does.

No you get it as standard on the Boc/Cupra

*PHEW*!!!!!!! Thank goodness for that!!!! I was really worried there for a sec. So they will only fold up when you lock the car right? Not from the remote with the windows? I am ok with that anyway as long as they fold up. I don't fancy some idiot bus driver in London coming past my car and claiming a side mirror for a trophy or any other idiot driver for that matter hehehehehehehehe.

Don t think it works like that. You have to turn the adjustment knob right round every time you want them to fold. IIRC.

So it is W when you lock the car and they automatically fold and needs to be done in the car before you get out? What is the point of that?! I am actually disappointed by that TBH.

The mirros are seperate, dont work off the remote.

yeh i tryed it today, should of done it in the first place tbh but i read the manual back to back and there was nothing to say about it in there!

On the leon cupra the mirrors fold when i hold it on lock and the windows go up ,when i hold unlock the windows go down ,the mirrors only unfold when i turn the car on

Its a bit more complicated, the Leon etc uses a different type of conveinance system. I've been through all the coding options on our diagnostics and its not on there.

Hi Techie, Forgive me sounding so thick but are you saying that on the Boca the wing mirrors fold in on there own when you do something,!!!what is that something, as I to have missed how to operate them,where in the manual do I find the operating procedure, or, can you tell me please.
