I am 18 with 1 yr NCB and I am paying £1150
even if you count in area code etc. I can't see it being £1500+

I think your job makes a difference too. In my job, we have a disposable income and generally people arent too bothered about what happens to their cars as they have plenty of money to either fix it, or get a new one...
