Clutch / Flywheel?

Im running 272bhp and 284ftlb now, clutch tends to slip when driving hard, What clutch have people with similair power gone for? Being skint all the time i dont want to spend over the odds, but need something to handle the power and more if possible.

55 plate car, so built sometime that year.

few people with hybrids running these an benafit is the 4wd system abuses clutch more so its stronger then a standard lcr 1. there is a thread on it somewhere.

Well in theory they run the same power and torque standard, and the 4wd doesnt abuse it more, its not full 4wd, only when you loose front traction that the haldex unit engages the rear, its about engine power.

Hmmm no real answer... still none the wiser, but like someone else has said, they TT clutch is the same as ours. as its the same engine and 6speed

my local shop here in Gøteborg is cooking up an RS4 clutch with a custom flywheel to fit in an A3. Told me there will be no noise as from the spec clutch. Will testdrive it soon and see what its like. Good for my LCR this is.
