Would i be correct if i said the Cupra has a black headliner, black pillars and black sun visors?
If so, could anyone tell me the price of these parts?

Cheers

Yes all black as far as I remember, not sure if the part numbers would be on this list of part numbers... Was going to suggest contacting David at Sere Motors on here but I think he's off just now..

Thanks :)
Do any of you think itd be worth me trading in my FR TDI for a Cupra TDI? The insurance will be a big jump but would it be worth it, or are they pretty similar in the way that they drive??

The cupra has a lot better speck than the FR.

Cupra has larger AP Racing 4 pot 312mm brakes, SEAT Sport front mount intercooler, stiffer and lower suspension, thicker anti roll bar, better suspension bushes, larger rear spoiler, a nicer interior and more power :)

Your choice mate ;)

Cupra is harder riding, very little roll, superb brakes with big red calipers, the engine pulls hard right to the redline, the FR runs out of breath sooner. I know which one i would pick, but then im 24 and insurance isnt so much of a big deal.

Well, im going to be looking for a new car around this time next year, im thinking something silly, such as an Evo 9 but it all depends on the insurance...
Just tried to get a quote for a Cupra TDI through direct line (who im with currently) and they pretty much said "NO CHANCE" haha

Poor me :(

I'm 18 and just bought a Formula Sport 1.4 (Can't wait till I get it :D it's like Christmas). I never really thought of insurance, just expected it to be the same as my current 1.4 sport. But even still it's gone up by £300!
Last year I paid £1500 full comp with no NCB, first car, just passed my test and with Coop Insurance.
But this year Coop Insurance have joined Confused.com and its shot up by £500!

I guess an FR is well out of my league till I'm 25! :(

How old are you mate?

21 with 3 years NCB ,

Give it a year or 2 and a FR will be really easy to insure

Strayed away a bit there... I was originally gonna ask... how hard is it to fit the roof liner and pillars?

headlining cost about £200 apparently :ban:

Some on here bought the pillars and sprayed the roof lining instead (never gonna look good IMO!) unless you can find a scrapy selling but I have been trying for about a year and a half to find one!
