hey, I was just wondering what adaptors you had to buy to get your stereo to work with the steering wheel controls

I want to fit a headunit with a usb port and still have the controls working
I'm looking at a JVC KD-R601 which is compatible as I know someone who can get them at trade price
but don't mind getting anything else as long as it will work lol

cheers dude. i paid 11k for it in feb 2008 when it was pretty much new. since then i have spent a small amount modding it although with all the bargins i picked up along the line its not been to expensive

haha no. and if i was going to id want more then 8k lol.

remap and green filter makes a huge difference! get it done, it will be the best mod you will do.

hi phil,

the sun visor is a standard SEAT part, cost about £4. i have the passat W8 light which does require modding to fit but its quite easy if you are hand with a soldering iron. if you search for W8light you will find lots on it in the mk4 FAQ

ok people now that lifes settled down a bit now i think its time to let you guys know the ibiza is no more.

It has been confirmed as a write off after having a major accident back in december. Please do not ask for details/pictures as you will not get them, as im not going to discuss the accident for respect of all those involved.
