Ibiza cupra ayp forge TIP takes ibiza maf housing im running a larger maf housing which is 3" and just fits into the tip very tight looks like it may pop off, can i change the tip for a 225 model etc or cut the tip down and put in a reducer? thoughts on this please

How come you have a 3' MAF? Are you running a ko4 or ko3 hybrid or something else? I think it would be cheaper to get a reducer rather than splash out on a new TIP

Get a reducer which will also bring the filter closer to the wing

Some people cut a small lip out of the inside mouth of the TIP so that the MAF squeezes in better but a reducer is probably your best bet.

I went with a custom TIP on mine but the air flow figures show it wasn't worth the hassle

Im running a JBS04, im going to do the reducer option as its cheaper already have one to, so somethig to do over the xmas break
