Which sensor is this??

Is it the coolant sensor in the coolant bottle?

got the following error code and trying to solve
16502/P0118/000280 - Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (G62): Signal too High

To bring this back up..

I've checked my codes and got a 16501 too, so looking to replace the Coolant Temp sensor too. The guides above are good, but they are for other VAG's. Is there a pic anywhere of the location of the sensor on the Leon? Want to make sure I pull the right one!

Sorry for the bump but not worth a new thread ;-)

But am I looking at the same part here? All the UK sites i'm looking at want £21 for the sensor. All the US sites are anywhere between $4 and $13

Now i'm used to paying more but that is just ridiculous if that's the same part!

Any tips on cheaper suppliers gratefully received ;-)

I'm sure the prices have gone up in that time.
You can get one of ebay for £10

2004 but yes.

3 or 4 times more though?

I'll take a look on eBay ta, assume i'm looking for a Bosche part?
