Not really. Just playing with the mapping. Gearbox seems ok at the moment. Cant afford an SQS gearset for a while so if the box breaks again then the car will be sat for a while. Got some finishing bits to do then i will get some pics up.
I was getting mine from some Polish boys who were importing Beer. They have moved back to Poland now so I cant get any more. I have 2 cans left

been looking at these do you know if the Synchro-KIT just requires your gears for copying or do they re-cut them and sent them back to you

Im not 100% sure, but it looks like you send them your gears (or buy new/different ratio gears from them) and all they use is the 'conus' for the syncro ring to sit on. They make a new stronger gear that the 'conus' sits in. If you get them to supply gears then its an extra 250 euros.
I fancy just getting them to build me a complete box with gears they supply and a final drive back to ibiza ratios as i dont like the golf ratios i currently have.
I will get some more info from them, but we have been talking to them about 6spd dog boxes and seq shift for the race car and some other cars.

Work is in progress with the Polo, and next year I want to change the internals and go for 400 bhp. I'm allready starting to think when will the gearbox explode...

They are all done. I had to do them myself in the end as the bloke who was doing them messed me about and did a crap job. Finished them the morning of the photoshoot. I need to work out some prices on the bits. Just let me know what you want making. Proper carbon fibre laying is very time consuming!
