I haven't come accross any A-pillar pods personally. I think maybe thats because the A-pillars in the Mk2 Leon are fabric so would look a bit pants. Alternatively you could mount a gauge in your drivers side heater vent as shown HERE
Another option is the Liquid gauge which is due to be released for the petrol Mk2 Leon later this year which has many handy options built in. I think Awesome Gti and Badger 5 can supply these. Check HERE for details.

With regards to your inital question: If you're set on having it A-Pillar mount then any of the aftermarket A-Pillar gaude pod mounts will do. Pretty much all come a large size which you then cut to shape. Obvioulsy these are plastic and or have a naff 'carbon' print. You'd be best getting some black cloth that matches the rest of the pillar. I'm not sure if you can buy this from your dealers (roof lining material) I imagine there will be a part number for something. If not there must be headlining/roof lining black cloth available online or from a breakers if you see any cupras being scrapped or broken.
If the above mission is unsuccesful then as before mentioned go for the vent mount or steering column mount. There's also the plug and play units that can display a number of readings. (windscreen mount)
OR get a double din headunit which can display boost pressures and other parameters.

I believe a few people have modified the one for the Audi/ Golf. Also you can go for the cruder approach and either self tap/glue/velcro a gauge pod on.

Another idea that you can do is get a single din head unit with fasica and cut out holes to fit gauges in. There should be room for one even if you fit a double din.

Here is the MK2 prototype, it works on the diesel version today and I need to get it up on the web site, a couple have sold by word of mouth to Spain.
The petrol version software (uses CAN bus rather than the older K-Line for MK1 and Diesels) is now finished but we are waithing for the production boards to come in sometime in Feb probably.
