Nice looking car mate I like it, good effort.

Looking at posts about MPG your getting you'd be better off with a tuned Cupra! I'm getting far better MPG than that with est >350bhp........

I'd be looking at dead lambda sensors if MPG is that bad on a 1.2 12v. I have Vagcom if you want me to take a look for fault codes one time.

Firstly, I'd clear the faults and see which ones come back. The first 4 are all intermittent, so could have been a 1 off issue with your climatronic unit. Or the motor for the air flap is knackered - but then the error wouldn't be intermittent.

ah well in which case then it's pretty clear that you'll need to check the motor for the air flap :p

Check for the likes of dodgy wiring/joints or possible a trapped/exposed wire.. ETKA or whatever should show the location of this motor.

phones up seat in kilamarnock and he knows as much as we do, the air flow one will be an individul motor that needs replaced so i gotta find out what one has failed i dno how im gonna check, he said there are 3. the load management module costs £415 to replace.....so i think a trip to scrappies is in order. i aint gonna pay for these as the prices are unreal, i will need to find a scrapped 1.2 12v and try get these parts

If its part for the heating system I don't think they would be any different across the Ibiza's, wouldn't make a difference unless it was a Climatronic model.
I'd imagine the flap motor would be behind the glovebox / above the passenger footwell.

hi buddy, hows things? got them from my local auto shop, cost £20, no cheapy ebay numbers, my bro has the same set aswell, he had them in his mk4 golf, astra and now his typeR so they last well, ebay ones tend to not last or just be cheap things tht u might get a few months out of, i would 100% pay £20 for these ones again
