Finally decided to book myself in for a Stage 1 remap at Performance Torque... their Xmas group buy deal was just too good to miss. My Xmas present from my wife and to myself!

nice one, it will be great I'm sure, the AGU remaps only seem to bring it up to 180ish so it's not worth it and I don't have enough mulah in my sock drawer at the moment! Yours goes up to 200bhp is that right? Which is the magic number!

I've blagged a green filter for mine, is there any special treatment it needs before I fit it (it's 2nd hand obviously). I've got to service mine next week.

I thought you might be jealous... sorry! Should see about 195bhp. Green filter should be cool... just give it a blow with an air hose to get any bits out, maybe a soak in hot water, let it dry and then a light oil.

when you say light oil do you mean like WD40? will that not get sucked into the turbo? That's the only reason I've never fitted that cone filter in the garage.... well, that and I'm too damn lazy!
You can get filter cleaning kits from the internet. Not sure what the oil is like really... its only a small amount your putting on anyway. Don't think it would affect turbo!
I bought one for my green cotton panel filter. It's good smelling stuff!
