hi all. got my leon very happy with it. got it remapped about 5k miles ago. its quick i love the feeling but i just want a little more.. i was looking at hybrid but to be honest its going to be costly and more than what i want to spend.. only have around £400.. got alloys to make it handle a bit better but its not all that great.. i was thinking an exhaust would perhaps give it that edge but as i dont know much about tuning i wondered if anyone could give me advice :)

if i cant get any engine gains from that i will most probably go with springs to lower it to make it stick to the road better

thanks in advance

Maybe get some bigger injector nozzles from kerma etc?? Or can make
it handle better, get some uprated ARB's and lower it ;)

i dont really do much work to my own car.. garage's tend to do it.

id prefer performance over handling.. we dont have many bends around here lol

injector nozzles? straight on and off you go ( im guessing not lol )

id have to fork out labour aswell unless someone wants a drive to bradford and i pay someone to do it for me :)

Have you got an uprated clutch yet? If not I'd imagine bigger nozzles with a remap would put alot of strain on your current one.

No point in spending all of your money on upgrades if you're gonna have to fork out for a new clutch and the not have the cash for it!

Anything bigger than T4 nozzles and you will get clutch slip. I had to got for a South Bend stage 3 clutch and single mass flywheel to handle the power the Bosio R520 race nozzles put out ;)

technically mate yeh, ive been told your better doing it the other way round, do all the performance mods like exhaust, filter etc then get your remap at the end as it takes all the previous mods into account or something? im sure someone else will explain it better!
