Morning All!

Some of you may know me, most of you probably don't! So if so, here's a bit of history:

First I had this:

Then I got this:

Then we took a slight detour and got this as a daily:

and this as the weekend toy:

But now.....we are back in the family and I picked up this yesterday:

So far it's good to be back and I'm loving it. Updates will follow as mods have been in storage for a good few months now!:whistle:

Sorry for the slightly self indulgent thread but it feels good to be home!

Cheers

Nobber

Thanks mate! Can't wait to get started on modding the K1 although progress will be slow (ish) as i've just been made redundant but start my own business tomorrow!

nice selection of cars you have had mate. k1 looks great!

Cheers buddy. I'm a big Seat fan in fairness, infact I've not had a non VAG car for the past 11 years!!

Looks a nice example Of a K1 that does. I think white with black gloss wheels is one of the best colour options at the moment.
I hope you managed to get a good deal, I heard white cupras are fetching a premium at the moment.
I'm on my first VAG car and I am well happy so I can see why you have stuck with VAG for the last 11 years.
When do you pick it up ?

I picked it up Yesterday from a Pug dealer in Stourbridge. I got a pretty good deal on it really I thought. Paid 17k for it, 9k trade in for the Raudi and 8k cash.

It's an 08 Plate with 5k on the clock.
Bluetooth
Cruise Control
Electric mirrors
Aux in.

Not sure what was optional and what was std really...but figured the bluetooth and cruise were certainly optional extras.

Thanks for the props mate.

Yeah not too bad mate, God those haynes events were along time ago! Fairly nippy for a 1.4 wasn't it:D sold it to a friend upon getting the cordy and he wrote it off in an accident:(

Spec of Cordy is stripped out & caged track with the usual stuff, powered by a tempremental 2.0 16v on throttlebodies - its a bit on the loud side:blink:

Good selction of motors there mate glad to see you made the right decision coming back.

I knew it was the right choice as soon as I got in it! Everything just seemed right! Was a long time coming though, I've been wanting one since January!

Welcome back Matey. :)

You spoke about getting the K1 a while back when you were looking to buy a milly dp for it .

Similar route to the MK2 here via the bezza and LCR ;)

Cruise was not optional btw. BT, Xenons, Ipod and Conv pack were.
